Aura Healings are non-touch energy tune-ups for your aura, chakras, and major energy channels; about 15 minutes.
If you would like to nosh, please bring a snack to share.

Meditation & Healing with Ascended Master: Mother Mary
Please arrive before 3:45 to get settled and begin on time.
We will sit comfortably in chairs, and enjoy a playful internal experience.

     In this meditation, you have the opportunity to:

• learn and practice some basic meditation techniques;
• create or deepen your present-time relationship with Mary;
• share, if you choose, your experiences a couple times during this session; but mostly you will
• quietly enjoy letting go and experiencing your inner world.

     By working directly with Mother Mary you can learn to:

• raise your vibration, let go of: the past, other's energies, and heavy-dark vibrations;
• enjoy more validation, forgiveness, trust & healing... within yourself;
• allow more of the experience of your own wholeness, which is healing.

Ascended Masters (for example, Jesus and Buddha) are the ideal guides for us in our spiritual journey. They are masters of the earth-game (all the challenges and lessons we are tripping over) and they embody the balance of spiritual life in a physical body. I plan to continue to return to NJ regularly, ~ 3 times per year (about 1/6 of the year) to read/heal and teach.  My usual stomping-grounds tend to be in  and around: Toms River, Freehold, Ocean Grove, Princeton & New Brunswick - and I am very open to new areas: invite me!
