Over the course of this Class, you can notice some of the results for yourself quite quickly. As you deepen your practice, you can experience healing, your life can change, and you can find the answers & meaning you have been looking for – within yourself.
Introduction to ReNew You! Meditation
Meditation
is the practice of inner focus, quieting the distractions of the
physical world, and tuning into the spiritual realm. Meditation is a way
to experience our one-to-one relationship with Spirit.
Meditation can assist you to recognize yourself as spirit. When you know
who you are, it is easier to let go of adverse influences. With
meditation, you can find your unique answers to your personal as well as cosmic questions. You can
have certainty about your purpose here on Earth.
Anyone can learn to meditate. It is simple and practical and does not
require any physical exertion. We practice while sitting upright in a
chair. You will learn techniques which you can use for a lifetime of
rewarding meditation... in a light, fun, accepting environment.

The purpose of this Class includes:
- Knowing and connecting more deeply with yourself, others and Spirit,
- Experiencing and moving energy in your space,
- Consciously co-creating in your life.
In this playful, comfortable, highly-interactive class,
you can receive:
- An opportunity to learn more than a couple dozen meditation techniques
that will assist you to center, be present, be conscious of your own
space and own your life for yourself, receive and let go of energy,
etc. You can use these simple practices in your daily meditation, as
well as your daily life, to support your deepening consciousness, focus
and creativity.

- ‘Aura healing/clearning’ – non-touch energy ‘tune-up’ - each session.
For a Workshop - workshops can range from 1 - 6 hours. I offer
these intermittently, AND I am happy to schedule them for your group:

For Classes (usually in Seattle) - classes include ~12 - 14 hrs of
class time plus time for breaks and healings. Usually classes are
offered for 2.5 hours over 6 - 8 weeks/evening sessions.
For Intensives (usually outside Seattle) - intensives include ~12
hrs of class time plus time for breaks and healings. Usually
intensives are offered for 2.5 to 6 hours over 3 to 6 evenings or weekend
sessions.
