What to expect in your first Healing Energy & Body Work Session:

• I will offer you:
  • a non-touch 'Aura Healing' - a tune-up for your energy system.
    
  • some information about what I notice in your system.
  • a few Energy Techniques which you can utilize in your session and in your life, to help you to ground, be present, and let go of energy (beliefs, emotions, other people's attention and opinions, etc) that no longer serve you in your system.

• Wearing as much or as little comfortable, loose clothing as you would like, you will enjoy my over-sized, padded massage table and comfortably cover yourself. 
  
  • We will work / play / dance together, utilizing therapeutic touch, healing energy, nurturing,  verbal feedback, and energy techniques to assist you to let go of some things that you no longer want in your system (i.e. energies like pain, holding, tension, stuck emotions or difficult experiences), and to receive some things that you do want in your system (i.e. energies like love, joy, peace, trust, safety) .

• When the session is complete, we will talk briefly about any feedback I have for you, as well as any information, energy or support that may assist you to comfortably and powerfully move forward in your life.

Please plan 2 hours for your session.  Sliding Scale: $120 - $200.

A Bit About Me and My Background:

In 1995 I turned 30, I heard the "call"as a ‘healer becoming.’ So, I invested a year in a holistic, integrated massage training program and graduated Health Choices for the Healing Arts (Belle Mead, NJ) as a Certified Massage Therapist.  Subsequently, I studied & practiced Intuitive Energy Healing at CDM Spiritual Teaching Center (Everett, WA) intensively for four years, to earn Ordination, as well as Certification as a Spiritual Teacher.

But, my focus as a healer is not about my own unique journey, training, abilities, or insights.  My focus is on supporting YOUR own unique journey, training, abilities, and insights; facilitating your own unique experience & perspective.  I am interested in assisitng you to tap into your capacity to:  allow healing/change for yourself, to assist you in your journey of wholeness / wellness and growth, to:

• know yourself,
• enjoy your body,
• connect with Spirit,
• work & play effectively with others,
• co-create a wonderful life that serves you and the world around you.
