What can you expect during your reading / healing?
One of clients said that her reading was like "looking in a sacred mirror"
I
like this analogy. My readings are an opportunity for you to look at
yourself, your life, and where you are putting your energy - from a
neutral, amused perspective - in a kind of sacred space, just for you.
In
your hour reading, the first half will consist of uninterrupted input
for you, in a structured format.
This will give you a good deal of
information about what I notice about what you are doing as spirit,
where you are focusing your energy, and what is going on in your
relationship with Spirit.
The second half will involve your questions!
We can look at what came up in the reading or any aspect of your life.
It is helpful to write down your own questions before we start your reading.
Feel free to ask anything!
This could include issues around your:
- career / money
- body / health
- family
- gender / sexual expression
- emotions
- creativity
- personal power & energy
- affinity / love
- communication & self-expression
- relationships with yourself, with others, & with Spirit
- spiritual growth, experiences, information and abilities
- energy system

Energy Healing
Along with any question you want to ask in your reading, you
can also request healing around a particular issue in the second half
of your reading.
All healing comes from within. And, at the same time, I can
assist you with the energetic/spiritual issues that get in the way of
your full health, creativity, power and self-expression.
Sometimes we have habits, emotions, beliefs, and other energies in our space that keep us from:
- seeing clearly inside & outside ourselves and
- being able to consciously make change in our lives.
Healing is change. Notice
for yourself where you would like to make change in your life and write
it down to bring with you to your reading. Ask me to look at these
issues and support you to heal them.

Free Will
Humans are infinitely creative!
We can keep going in the directions we have chosen in the
past or we can change direction whenever we choose to. Each of us can
learn and grow and heal and change - yee ha!
This can drastically alter our lives, energies, bodies,
relationships, perceptions, abilities, etc. This has been my experience
in my own life.
I have also had the privilege to watch so many others
become more conscious of themselves as spirit and co-create a very
different life for themselves than might have happened otherwise.
I say all this to underline why I believe in free will.
There is a rumor going around that our free will is a gift from Spirit.
Therefore, I:
- avoid giving advice and
- avoid predicting the future.
This is
not meant to hamper or discourage you in your questions or the value you
will receive in a reading – just the opposite.
I will happily look at
any situation or choice that is before you and tell you what I notice
about the energy now – in the present - and the direction you are going.
This will support you to make your own decisions and honor the gift of your own spiritual freedom.

These sessions are designed to honor, validate and support your unique spiritual path. It is a chance for you to:
* Be exactly who you are and who you are not, in a comfortable, non-judgmental, supportive, playful atmosphere
* Be empowered to explore your life & what you want to create together with Spirit.
And if you would like to heal or change:
I will assist you
to notice where your energy is 'hooked'; and if you choose, together we
can release the energies that get in the way of your full health,
creativity, power and self-expression.
Sessions are between 1.5 – 2 hrs. Each session is unique, but your first session will likely contain these elements:
- An
'Aura Healing’: a short energy healing / ‘tune-up.’ An aura healing
is a spiritual/energetic healing. Neutral energy is used to assist you
to cleanse your own space and energy system. It is a non-touch healing
and takes about fifteen minutes. An aura healing assists you to tune
into your own vibration and release any energy stored in your system
that no longer serves you. It helps you be more spiritually clear – to
be free, in touch with yourself and with Spirit. An aura healing can be
refreshing and energizing or relaxing and peaceful.
- A structured reading, in which you receive two sets of information:
- Rose
Reading: A snapshot of what you are doing as spirit, where you are
focusing your energy, and what is going on in your relationship with the
Earth and with Spirit. Also, some information about your
communication, and a couple of your past life experiences which are
relevant to your current challenges and opportunities.
- Aura
Reading: An overview of what you are experiencing, learning,
working-on: in each of your major chakras; i.e. feedback about the
major aspects of your life and your spiritual interaction with:
- Reality and Body needs,
- Emotions and Sexuality,
- Personal Power and Energy Distribution,
- Affinity (experience love and spiritual oneness),
- Communication of all kinds,
- Clairvoyance (spiritual sight),
- Knowingness (knowing your own Truth directly) and your ability to manifest Spirit.
